You are going to love these amazing slow cooker chicken fajitas.  Chop your vegetables, top with chicken and add some seasoning and you will have one fantastic meal.  I love that you can put it in the crock pot and a few hours later you have your complete meal.  Top it off with some sour cream and guacamole, and there is nothing better.  As for myself, I eat mine on chips or some mixed greens because I am not big on flour tortillas.  Corn tortillas aren’t too bad, but I just like greens with a few chips.  I always get a thumbs up from my family when I make this meal.  I used the Western Family seasoning mix, but I am sure that most of them are very close when it comes to flavoring.  It turns out fantastic every time.  You can even warm up your tortilla shells if you like.  Some of my kids place some grated cheese on their shells and then place them in the microwave for 15 seconds, or you can put them in a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan for a few seconds, just to get them warm.
